at the time AIC began restoration.  Note the non-original doors, window mullions, 



deteriorated castings throughout, and missing crestings and castings at the roof line

This view shows the after view of the same side (looking south)

and also shows four of the eight storefronts restored by Architectural Iron Company.

All historically correct elements have been restored and/or replaced.

This is the essence of restoration.
